Being eligible for GiftAid means you pay Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax at least equivalent to the amount of Gift Aid, resulting in your donation being increased, without further cost to you. That increase is around 20% after Just Giving deduct a commission for the work entailed in claiming back your Gift Aid on our behalf from HMRC - Inland Revenue. So for example a donation of £10 by you means that we get your £10 PLUS just under £2 in net Gift Aid reclaimed - total almost £12 - a very worthwhile few minutes spent.

Should you prefer to donate by other means, such as by post with a cheque or postal order, this is of course both possible and very acceptable, although the ease and security of online donation with its GiftAid benefits should not be overlooked.
